The Vegan Digest spotlights Rivian Automotive, Inc (Rivian) for its innovation and thought leadership over eco-conscious transportation.

Rivian supplemented its slate of vehicle models during 2024 with the launch of R2, R3, and R3X in addition to existing R1S, R1T, and Electric Delivery Vans (EDV).

“In 2024, Amazon, Inc. vans that were manufactured by Rivian delivered more than 1 billion packages to customers in the U.S.” and only ‘about 20,000 of an expected order of 100,000 EDVs have been placed in service for Amazon’s delivery operations.’
