Their restaurant build-outs compete with traditional fast-casual venues and are either standalone venues, storefronts within shopping plazas, or nestled within markets such as Whole Foods Market. Tane Vegan Izakaya in Los Angeles

Tane Vegan Izakaya provides a high-end full-service experience. They open early in the evening for dinner service across several locations in several cities such as Honolulu, Los Angeles, Palo Alto in Santa Clara, and Berkeley in the San Francisco Bay Area. Chefs at Tane, such as founder Chef Lui, “blend fresh locally sourced ingredients with authentic Japanese techniques” to develop visually appealing and delectable menu items. Tane highlights its “sushi rolls, tempura, ramen, and small plates” among other menu items.
